PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO MIXING BOWL, MIX AT SLOW SPEED FOR 1 MINUTE, SCRAPE DOWN MIX FOR A FURTHER 2 MINUTES.

PEPARE A BAKING TRAY WITH SILICONE RELEASE PAPER.

SPRREAD BROWNIE MIX ONTO THE PAPER, BAKE AT +/- 190C. WHEN COOL COAT TOP WITH CHOCOLATE FUDGE OR CHOCOLATE FONDANT.

CUT INTO OBLONG PIECES.
