1. Introduction

Welcome to Georgie’s Baking Supplies Online Loyalty Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before joining.

2. Membership Eligibility

  • The Program is available to customers shopping online at https://shop1.georgiesbs.co.za.
  • Membership is free and does not require a purchase to join.
  • By enrolling, you consent to receive promotional communications, which you can opt out of anytime.
  • Need to create a account or create account on checkout to receive loyalty points.

3. Earning Rewards

  • Members earn 1 point per R1.00 spent on qualifying purchases.
  • Points are credited to your account and will be available for use on your next order.
  • Certain purchases, including gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees, may not qualify for points.
  • Points are linked to your account and cannot be transferred.

4. Redeeming Rewards

  • 1 point = R0.05 in store credit.
  • Points can be redeemed at checkout.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of the Program.
  • Redemption options and thresholds may change at any time without notice.

5. Expiration & Account Termination

  • Points expire 12 months after they are earned if not used.
  • Georgie’s Baking Supplies reserves the right to terminate accounts due to inactivity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Program Changes & Termination

  • Georgie’s Baking Supplies may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
  • If the Program is discontinued, unused points may be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Georgie’s Baking Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen points, unauthorized account access, or system errors.
  • The Program is provided “as is,” with no warranties regarding availability or accuracy.
